If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund your sign as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• Custom signs are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect spelling submitted by the customer, or color variations due to screen differences.

All Popsigns neon signs are made to order. Production time is typically 5–10 business days. Shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., and 7–14 business days for international orders.
